At Clive Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Clive Shoes account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Footwear

Place the shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to any authorized courier drop-off location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
